All appointments are subject to approval by our team. Submitting a booking request does not automatically secure your appointment. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment has been reviewed and approved by us. Please do not arrive for an appointment unless you have received an official approval/confirmation. If you arrive at the time you requested without an approved appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, as the time slot is not consired reserved until it has been approved. 

We value our clients' time and understand that life can get hectic. To that end, we require a 4-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling. If you do not provide this notice and reschedule your appointment, you will be considered as No-Show, and will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable booking fee before booking future appointments

We want to ensure that your experience at M&I Cosmo Nails is stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. If you are running late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a call at 310-694-4940 to let us know. We have a 15-minute grace period and we will do our best to accommodate you if your service can be completed in the remaining time. If not, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
