We have implemented a $20 non-refundable deposit policy when you schedule an appointment. Don’t worry, though—we’ll apply that deposit toward the total cost of your service. This way, we can make sure that all of our customers receive quality service, while still providing flexibility in case of schedule changes.

We value our clients' time and understand that life can get hectic. To that end, we require a 4-hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling. If you do not provide this notice and reschedule your appoitment, you will be considered as No-Show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to provide a new deposit in order to book another appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

If you are running late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a call at 310-694-4940 to let us know. We have a 15-minute grace period and we will do our best to accommodate you if your service can be completed in the remaining time. If not, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
